Our Story

Built on a simple idea: you deserve the right agent, not just any agent.

Ashton Home Innovations was started by Lawrence Calime after seeing the same thing happen again and again: capable buyers and sellers ending up with an agent chosen out of convenience — a family friend, the name on a yard sign — rather than one actually suited to their situation.

We work independently of any single brokerage’s roster, which means a recommendation is based on fit for your move, not on which office an agent happens to sit in. And because most of what makes a move stressful happens around the agent — financing, inspections, paperwork, logistics — we stayed in that business too, so you have one relationship instead of a dozen.

Ashton Home Innovations refers pre-qualified buyers and sellers to a small network of vetted agents. Every referral comes with a straightforward 35% fee on your commission — due only if and when the deal closes.

Due on your commission for any closed transaction from a client we send you, per a simple signed referral agreement.

Paid Only At Closing

No upfront cost and no retainer. The fee applies only when a referred client’s deal actually closes.
